Close to Bitola, Macedonia, we stayed in a lovely hotel just before the start of the Pelister national park. After a day out up in the hills we decided we may as well walk back to the hotel in Tarnovo and passed through some very rural locations.
Near the end of our walk was a hotel which was up for sale, and it had a dog looking out from the fence at us. We assume it was a guard dog, but I’m not entirely sure it was… Wouldn’t want to test that theory though!
