Do you remember Lou and Andy from Little Britain?
Little Britain stars Matt Lucas and David Walliams have appeared in the aging cult soap in a scene where Lou jumps on an arcade motorcycle in the Scarlet Bar while Andy peruses the menu. Other long serving actors Steph (Carla Bonner) and Toadie (Ryan Mooney) also appeared; I’m sure they were in it when I was off sick from school 5 (maybe 15) years ago.
Apparently the Neighbours production team said that their visit was “relatively kerfuffle free”.
Lucas and Walliams aren’t the only cameo appearances on the soap, Australian cricket legend Shane Warne has made an appearance in Erinsborough, as well as Australian Idol host Andrew G who’s also paid a visit to Ramsey Street.
Glad to see a soap with a sense of humour, you wouldn’t see that on EastEnders!
